    Missions and Jobs

The Missions of the Spera RPG are all tasks that people hire others to be done. With this in mind, missions are things to be accepted by and carried out by those who wish to undertake them. All missions must be done, successfully.

Missions, when given, are delineated by their level of difficulty. The five levels of missions are Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4, and Tier 5. Each of these levels give a certain range of payout.

Tier 1 - Missions posing little to no risk to those undertaking's lives. They can range from simple scavenger hunting to odd jobs. They pay 500 to 1,500 Money, depending on the choice of the employer.

Tier 2 - Missions that normally involve a sparse amount of physical conflict, such as beating small monsters or taking on small criminals. They pay 2,000 to 3,500 Money, depending on the choice of the employer.

Tier 3 - Missions that usually revolve around combat with those who can use magic, or those with weapons of mid-caliber. This can also be for fighting monsters with a moderate amount of power. They pay 4,500 - 6,000 Money, depending on the choice of the employer.

Tier 4 - Missions that are usually high-risk situations, such as guarding important individuals. Many also fight powerful creatures or high-ranking criminals. They pay 7,500 - 10,000 Money, depending on the choice of the employer.

Tier 5 - Missions of this tier are the most dangerous. They usually deal with the procuring of important documents, reconnaissance, defeating terrorist organizations, etc. These missions always have a conflict within them. They pay 12,000 - 20,000 Money, depending on the choice of the employer.

    Mission Requirements
To take a mission, one must have a verified and accepted character. This character must have a valid Mission License, which is issued by the Senate. They must RP themselves visiting the Senate Main Building and asking for a Mission License. They will not be required to pay, but must show their ID - this is only needed to be shown, as all characters have an ID. If the character is a part of a legal organization, they will be required to have a Mission License.

Once a person gains their Mission License, they are on their own. Any mission that is created, which can be created by anyone, must be finished successfully. Failure of this mission will result in everything gained in the Mission being revoked. If a mission is pulled out of, it will be treated as a failure and will warrant the same penalty.

These missions must be created and based in a certain location. The thread for the mission must be posted, and an NPC must be notified. These NPC Users are paid the same amount that the person taking the mission is. However, those that go inactive before the mission has ended will not gain any.

    Mission Format Template
    • Name
The name of the mission. While it does not require any flashy names, the mission must have some type of name to delineate it from another. Just like techniques, the name of missions are unable to be inappropriate/vulgar.

    • Difficulty Tier
What is the difficulty tier of the mission? Look to the mission tiers to choose one out of the five.

    • Reward
What is the reward money for the completion of this mission successfully. Choose any amount between the numbers above shown for each difficulty tier. This is only able to be one number.

    • Location
In what part of the existing locations on the World Map is this Mission based? You must feature your character traveling toward the location from any of the mission briefing centers. There are four centers, all in different provinces.

    • Inactivity Failure Limit
What is the time limit that a user can go without posting in their mission legitimately? This can only extend from two days to one week. If the user passes up their Inactive Limit, they will be "reinforced" by another character. There is no exception to this rule. If the mission's creator feels as though they should extend the time a bit, they can do so. However, if they pass the first extension, the person is unable to continue the mission. This will be treated as a mission failure.

    • In-Depth Intelligence
Tell the step-by-step process of every single point of the mission. Tell the area, location, time and amount of resistance that might be met. Remember to include as much detail as possible, as the user must know what they're up against to successfully complete a mission.

    Difficulty Tier: 2

    Location: Animus
    Inactivity Failure Limit: 2 Days

    In-Depth Intelligence
During a massive prison breakout, a large number of criminals have flooded into the cities of Eastern Spera. Amongst these criminals is a mass murderer named Karos, who has been stalking the streets of Animus in the dead of night; killing all of those he meets. The body count has since skyrocketed to 55 in the last three days.

Find and bring this man in, dead or alive. Rewards can be claimed at your local Senate, afterwards. To find information on him, check his dossier once you get the mission briefing.
